As a member of the team, you will gain firsthand insight into the work that’s put into practice behind the scenes to make this happen and you’ll support in the effective scaling of our mission and daily operations.

KEY CONTRIBUTIONS

  • Connects, engages, and inspires others with the services and projects of KIRUNIVERSE. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Creating and managing branded spreadsheets

  • Participating in administrative meetings

  • Assisting with file maintenance

  • Filling out paperwork

  • Maintaining workspace

  • Partnering with Community Growth on matters related to team experience

  • Supporting Wix website management efforts (back office)

  • Other tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have access to a computer, video conferencing (Zoom), and Google Drive

  • Self-motivated, deadline and goal oriented, proven ability to work independently

  • Solution oriented, with an interest in administrative and legal experiences

  • Strong interpersonal, written, verbal and analytical skills

  • Communicated passion for people

  • Experience with developing content for websites, reports, and other media is a plus

  • Proficiency in Google Suite (or willingness to learn quickly)

  • Ability to work and communicate well in fast-paced environments

  • Strong time management skills required

LOCATION: UNITED STATES (REMOTE)

TIME COMMITMENT: PART TIME, MINIMUM TWENTY HOURS WEEKLY

CONTRACT TYPE: STUDENT/INTERN (UNPAID, FIXED TERM)
