KEY CONTRIBUTIONS
Assists in the high level execution of our brand and product marketing, PR, partnerships, and social media strategy for KIRUNIVERSE. This includes but is not limited to:
Supporting day-to-day brand management + helping to plan internal initiatives
Conducting consumer and product research to develop insights from business, industry and competitive perspectives to inform campaign planning, audience targeting, and media optimisation
Learning to create timely and accurate reports (meeting notes/recaps, status documents and timelines)
Supporting and assisting in new business development initiatives
Assisting in monitoring day-to-day activities of project teams and ensuring work is progressing as planned
Being the point person orchestrating go-to-market product launches and brand campaigns
Leading collaboration of marketing (acquisition and retention) team members to develop and execute integrated campaign plans leveraging various acquisition channels and retention efforts
Analysing campaign performance data and work with channel owners to outline optimisations that increase scale and efficiency
Working with the Analyst Department to monitor progress against KPIs, metrics and effectiveness of campaigns
Delivering campaign recaps to showcase results and identify actionable insights
Collaborating with the Design Team to ensure consistent user experience that also generates results
Providing a strategic point of view on creative formats, including best practices for different channels
Partnering with the Design Team to brief and develop creative concepts and assets
Staying on top of the changing marketing ecosystem including advertising formats, channels, and technologies to improve campaign performance
Embodying a ‘fail fast’ mentality by developing tests and iterating on learnings across platforms, creative formats, messaging, audiences
Supporting on other tasks as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Working toward or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing or similar program
Must have access to a computer, video conferencing (Zoom), and Google Drive
Experience working on social media/marketing campaigns, creating original content
Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research to analyse data and identify/define audiences is a plus
Ability to embrace learning new skills, from marketing practices to business initiatives
Proficiency in Google Suite, especially Google Sheets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Ability to receive and apply feedback in a timely manner
Outstanding multitasking skills
