As a member of the team, you will gain firsthand insight into the work that’s put into practice behind the scenes to make this happen and you’ll support in the effective scaling of our mission and daily operations.
KEY CONTRIBUTIONS
Supports core functions of strategic planning and operations for KIRUNIVERSE LLC. This includes but is not limited to:
Contributing to the development of brand and sales strategies
Leading discussion on broader business goals as it pertains to sales strategy and consumer growth
Prospecting new opportunities, building a pipeline and speak to prospective clients
Qualifying leads and determining prospect motivation, offering relevant solutions
Crafting, collaborating and continuing to tweak sales strategy and growth goals with broader business team
Learning and assisting in managing the entire sales cycle from qualifying a client to securing a deal
Regularly communicating data-driven successes and roadblocks to better inform goals and targets
Updating and managing all strategic sales growth activities, opportunities, and account information
Continuing to develop professionally within the company and wider entrepreneurial community
Exploring and analysing cultures, markets, technologies, and trends
Combining business, design and creative thinking
Helping to shape our new business pitches and proposals
QUALIFICATIONS
Working toward or recently graduated with a degree in Finance, Business, Media, Communications or similar program
Must have access to a computer, video conferencing (Zoom), and Google Drive
Maintained self-motivation and proactivity
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong research, analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to effectively prioritise work, especially in high pressure situations
Innovative passion for creating opportunities and solutions
Interest in new and emerging platforms to consider, and an understanding of how to use technology to the advantage of the creative idea is a plus
Proficiency in Google Suite (or willingness to learn)
Hunger to learn from the management/executive team, interest in finding a great place to grow and push creative boundaries
Meticulous attention to detail
