As a member of the team, you will gain firsthand insight into the work that’s put into practice behind the scenes to make this happen and you’ll support in the effective scaling of our mission and daily operations.
KEY CONTRIBUTIONS
Connects, engages, and inspires others with the services and projects of KIRUNIVERSE. This includes but is not limited to:
Performing outbound digital marketing
Event planning, event marketing, operations/logistics
Developing communications strategy, community engagement
Reporting, email marketing, public relations, analytics
Organising leads database, business development, research, data management
Executing survey distribution and feedback analysis
Project management, operations, consumer relations, community management
Creating and implementing team member onboarding and offboarding procedure
Planning, promoting and executing team socials
Continuing to develop professionally within the company and wider entrepreneurial community
Managing Slack community engagement
QUALIFICATIONS
Working toward or recently graduated from a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or similar program
Must have access to a computer, video conferencing (Zoom), and Google Drive
Impressive academic and extracurricular qualifications, consistently strong performance, and a passion for innovation and success
Self-motivated, deadline and goal oriented, proven ability to work independently
Strong interpersonal, written, verbal and analytical skills
Communicated passion for people
Experience in public outreach processes and communications
Experience with developing content for websites, reports, and other media
Proficiency in Google Suite (or willingness to learn quickly)
Ability to work and communicate well in fast-paced environments
Strong time management skills required
