As a member of the team, you will gain firsthand insight into the work that’s put into practice behind the scenes to make this happen and you’ll support in the effective scaling of our mission and daily operations.
KEY CONTRIBUTIONS
Creates relevant and engaging content that will attract a wide range of visitors to the KIRUNIVERSE domain. This includes but is not limited to:
Assisting in the creation and curation of on-brand written assets for the company’s blog and email marketing campaigns
Pitching, researching, and writing industry related articles for the blog
Assisting in the execution of marketing plans
Partnering with social media team to promote articles on social media accordingly
Assisting with writing engaging, sale-driven product copy for KIRUNIVERSE clients
Performing other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Working toward or recently graduated with a degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or similar program
Must have access to a computer, video conferencing (Zoom), and Google Drive
Critical thinking
Must have a strong work ethic
Time management, especially under tight deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with key social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat)
Meticulous attention to detail
Interest in new and emerging platforms, and an understanding of how to use technology to the advantage of the creative idea is a plus
Proficiency in Google Suite (or willingness to learn)
Comfort working in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
Hunger to learn, grow and push one’s creative boundaries
Ability to complete work independently and with little supervision
Be able to commit minimum of 10 hours per week
