As a member of the team, you will gain firsthand insight into the work that’s put into practice behind the scenes to make this happen and you’ll support in the effective scaling of our mission and daily operations.
KEY CONTRIBUTIONS
Assists in the creation of a wide range of deliverables from marketing and promotional collateral, to photo, video, digital and website assets of KIRUNIVERSE. This includes but is not limited to:
Assisting with the design and development of layouts for marketing materials, using brand approved graphics
Incorporating current design trends and technologies into each unique layout to produce an up-to-date style for custom ads
Exercising good judgment when interpreting instructions and to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions
Utilizing strong written skills and bring effective visual ideas from concept through to completion
Creating engaging illustrations and icons for use across website, social media, email, and more
Infusing the team with strong creative ideas contributing to the overall creative process of the design team
Strategizing designs that will elicit a positive response, communicate important ideas and share company values with viewers
Consulting with management to ensure designs adhere to company standards, express desired ideas and represent products accurately
QUALIFICATIONS
Working toward or recently graduated from a degree in Advertising, Art Direction, Design, Communication Arts, or similar program
Must have access to a computer, video conferencing (Zoom), and Google Drive
Solid proficiency in conceptual abilities and design softwares such as Canva and Adobe
An online portfolio showcasing your creative work
An ability to make things, not just think about them
Meticulous attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Maintained self-motivation and proactivity
Interest in new and emerging platforms to consider, and an understanding of how to use technology to the advantage of the creative idea
Hunger to learn from the management/executive team, interest in finding a great place to grow and push creative boundaries
Enjoyment of music, other creative arts at large
Communicated passion for people
