As a member of the team, you will gain firsthand insight into the work that’s put into practice behind the scenes to make this happen and you’ll support in the effective scaling of our mission and daily operations.
Connects, engages, and inspires others with the services and projects of KIRUNIVERSE. This includes but is not limited to:
Manage executive calendar
Create, propose, accept and decline events
Support with administrative/clerical operations
Manage branded communication with team members and clients
Maintain roll call sheets and additional contacts
Communicate with team members and clients as needed
Ensure consistency in branded communication timeline and quality
Execute on strategy to support effective business scaling initiative
Contribute as able to overall vision
Support as needed with existing strategy
Assist with personal content creation
Occasionally execute photo shoots
Support with written content + ideation prompts for social media
Assist with website maintenance
Working towards or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree
Must have access to a computer, video conferencing (Zoom), and Google Drive
Self-motivated, deadline and goal oriented, proven ability to work independently
Strong interpersonal, written, verbal and analytical skills
Communicated passion for people
Experience in public outreach processes and communications is a plus
Experience with developing content for websites, reports, and other media is a plus
Proficiency in Google Suite (or willingness to learn quickly)
Ability to work and communicate well in fast-paced environments
Strong time management skills required
