As a member of the team, you will gain firsthand insight into the work that’s put into practice behind the scenes to make this happen and you’ll support in the effective scaling of our mission and daily operations.
Assists in the execution of our brand and product marketing, PR, partnerships, and social media strategy for KIRUNIVERSE. This includes but is not limited to:
Assisting the team with the execution of marketing activities and brand campaign initiatives (everything from ideating new campaigns, to assisting with creative briefs, supporting existing strategies and collaborating with internal departments)
Preparing weekly news reports and competitive research to keep the team up to date on relevant information and industry trends
Monitoring social media networks for breaking news and trending topics and sharing with team, along with recommendations for how KIRUNIVERSE can leverage or become a part of the conversation
Vetting inbound press opportunities and facilitating necessary asset delivery
Assisting with production as needed (photography and video shoots, etc.)
Sourcing influencers and professionals for clients, partners, and internal projects
Conducting and reporting a market study
Preparing and executing partnership and sponsorship outreach
Promoting KIRUNIVERSE services and value propositions
Exploring new markets
Working toward or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing or similar program
Must have access to a computer, video conferencing (Zoom), and Google Drive
Experience working on social media/online campaigns, creating original content
Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research to analyse data and identify/define audiences is a plus
Ability to embrace learning new skills, from marketing practices to business initiatives
Proficiency in Google Suite, specifically Google Sheets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Ability to receive and apply feedback
Outstanding multitasking skills
