The Research Assistant Intern ensures accuracy in the research and development of branded projects within KIRUNIVERSE.

As a member of the team, you will gain firsthand insight into the work that’s put into practice behind the scenes to make this happen and you’ll support in the effective scaling of our mission and daily operations.

KEY CONTRIBUTIONS

  • Ensures accuracy in the research and development of branded projects within KIRUNIVERSE. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Collecting + analysing data

  • Preparing materials for KIRUNIVERSE COLLECTIVE

  • Preparing interview questions

  • Recruiting and/or interviewing subjects

  • Maintaining accurate records of interviews, safeguarding the confidentiality of subjects as necessary

  • Providing ready access to all works completed and in progress

  • Requesting or acquiring supplies necessary for assigned projects

  • Managing and responding to all project related communication (email/text)

  • Preparing, maintaining, updating website materials

  • Attending project meetings

  • Summarising project results

  • Preparing progress reports for executive team

  • Preparing other articles, reports, and presentations

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Recently graduated from high school or currently enrolled in college

  • Must have access to a computer, video conferencing (Zoom), and Google Drive

  • Ability to commit five to ten hours per week, flexible

  • Ability to collaborate efficiently with others

  • Maintained self-motivation and proactivity

  • Meticulous attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Google Suite

LOCATION: UNITED STATES (REMOTE)

TIME COMMITMENT: PART TIME
