As a member of the team, you will gain firsthand insight into the work that’s put into practice behind the scenes to make this happen and you’ll support in the effective scaling of our mission and daily operations.
KEY CONTRIBUTIONS
Ensures relevance and timeliness of social media efforts developed within KIRUNIVERSE. This includes but is not limited to:
Assisting with content creation for KIRUNIVERSE IG static feed + stories, Twitter, Facebook, and email marketing campaigns
Attending brainstorm sessions for upcoming social media developments
Formatting articles for the company blog
Assisting with the content publishing process (i.e. scheduled posts, insight overview, etc.) for KIRUNIVERSE branded platforms and/or clients and partners
Supporting the continued engagement of KIRUNIVERSE community (interacting with the KIRUNIVERSE audience in DMs, comments, tagged posts, and other ‘of interest’ content)
Assisting with data collection and social reporting
QUALIFICATIONS
Recently graduated from high school or currently enrolled in college
Must have access to a computer, video conferencing (Zoom), and Google Drive
Ability to commit at least ten hours per week, flexible
Ability to collaborate efficiently with others
Familiarity with a social media management systems, scheduling apps such as Later
Deft understanding of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube
Experience with social media analytics, especially Instagram Insights
Proficiency in design studios such as Canva and InDesign
Interest in video editing and confidence working with editing softwares
Familiarity with Adobe Premiere, Photoshop and After Effects a plus
Proficiency in Google Suite (or demonstrate a willingness to learn)
Meticulous attention to detail
